Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Order Processing
Your goodies are dispatched from Burleigh Minerals HQ within 1 business days of receiving payment. During sale periods, it might take a tad longer, but we'll always keep you in the loop!
Standard Shipping
- Orders under $50 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $9.90 standard flat-rate shipping charge.
- Orders over $50 (based on cart subtotal) enjoy free standard shipping.
Express Shipping
- Orders under $50 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $14.90 flat-rate express shipping charge.
- Orders between $50-$150 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $5.00 flat-rate express shipping charge.
- Orders over $150 (based on cart subtotal) get free express shipping. Woohoo!
Tracking & Delivery
We ship your goodies through AusPost or StarTrack based on where you want your package to go. All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into it straight away.
Returns Policy
At Burleigh Minerals, your happiness is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with any product(s) you purchased from our website, we’ll gladly organise a refund or exchange.
If you need to request a refund or exchange, just shoot us an email at info@burleighminerals.com.au with your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation), the items you want to return and a little note about why.
Our lovely Customer Care team will be in touch as soon as possible to help you get everything sorted. When returning products, don’t forget to hang on to your proof of return (your tracking number) just in case the parcel takes a little detour!
Simply make your return or exchange request within 60 days of the original order date, ensuring the product(s) are substantially unused.

What if I want to return part of my order when using Afterpay?
Once we've processed your refund, it’ll automatically be sent to Afterpay and once they work their magic, you'll see it pop up in your payment plan.
Okay, here comes the tricky part—so, listen up! Our system will adjust your payments from the last instalment backwards. This means your final payment might drop to zero, but the rest of your payments will stay the same. Unfortunately, we can't spread the new order total out evenly across your four payments or the remaining ones. Keep an eye on it!
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order after placing it, don’t stress, we’ll do our best to help you out! Cancellations are a bit time-sensitive, so please get in touch with us ASAP via phone at 07 56490500 or email at info@burleighminerals.com.au.
Quick note: Once your order starts getting ready in our warehouse, we might not be able to cancel it. But don’t worry! If that happens, we’ll be here to help with a return once it’s on its way to you!
Payments & Pricing
You can pay with a credit card (MasterCard or VISA), PayPal or Afterpay, whatever’s easiest for you!
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Afterpay
Afterpay is available for all orders over $80. To pay by Afterpay simply follow the instructions at checkout.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and in-store shoppers. The payment platform allows you to make purchases in 4 equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $80.00, you pay 4 instalments of $20.00. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order straight away.
We offer AfterPay on all orders over $80.00. This option will show up when the total in your Shopping Cart is over $80.00.

Discount Codes
Every now and then, you might spot a discount code to treat yourself to something extra special with your online order! Just a few things to keep in mind: Each code is a one-time use only per customer (unless explicitly stated otherwise) and it can't be combined with other offers or promotions (no double codes on the same order). Discount codes also come with an expiry date, so be sure to use them before they’re gone!
A little heads-up: Discount codes won’t work on Gift Vouchers, Packs or items already discounted. Also, they’ll only apply to your order subtotal and might impact your minimum spend to qualify for other offers like Free Shipping over $50 or Afterpay over $80.
Make sure to enter your code during Checkout (not the Shopping Cart!) to see the discount or offer applied. If you don’t see the change in your subtotal, the code might not have been applied correctly. If that happens, just reach out to us at 07 56490500, info@burleighminerals.com.au or on live chat before you finish your order and we’ll sort it out! Please note, we can’t offer refunds for discounts if the code isn’t applied correctly after checkout.
Bonus Gifts
Every now and then, you might find a Bonus Gift promotion on our website! To claim your gift, just add it to your Shopping Cart and it’ll automatically apply once you meet the conditions (unless a code is needed).
Conditions may vary, but if there’s a minimum spend, it’s based on the subtotal of your order, not the total, so no shipping costs count towards it. If you’re using a discount code, double-check that you still qualify for the Bonus Gift offer. If the gift isn’t showing up in your cart (or has vanished), it means the conditions aren’t quite met or something’s changed. No worries though, just tweak your order and you’re good to go!

Product Packaging
Sometimes our packaging gets a little makeover, so the product you receive might look a bit different from what you see on the website. Don’t worry though, the magic inside (aka the ingredients) stays the same, even if the product name, label or box has had a glow-up!

User Data Deletion
You can email info@burleighminerals.com.au from the same email address as your registered account if you wish to delete your account or all your data with us.
Security
For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
Please check that the 'padlock' icon in your browser is active when you checkout. This indicates an encrypted connection which means that third parties cannot intercept your personal data in transit.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time.
