About Our Ambassador Program

If you're over 18 and love creating content, our Ambassador Program could be the perfect fit for you. All you need to do is apply via our Ambassador Hub, then if your account gets approved, you're ready to go!

How To Sign Up:

  1. Apply to the Burleigh Minerals Ambassador Program via this link: https://burleighminerals.com.au/pages/ambassador-hub 
  2. Click 'Apply For The Program', then complete all of the details required.
  3. You will then be logged into the Ambassador Dashboard. There will be a banner informing you that your account is still awaiting review; this can take 24-48 hours to complete. Until approved, you do not have a referral link, or discount code to share.
  4. If approved, you will receive an email notification informing you that your account has been approved and is ready to access, as well as an email to verify your email address.
  5. Once verified, it will take you back to the sign-up URL. Instead of signing up again, hit the 'Login' button in the top right corner.
  6. Complete your details to log in to your personalised dashboard, then it's time to start creating!

Getting Referrals

  1. To get referrals credited to your account (and earn $$$), people must place their order through your personalised referral link, which you can copy and then share from your dashboard.
  2. You'll also see a personalised coupon code. This coupon code can be shared with friends and family to get 10% OFF* their order. To earn commission on sales generated, people must shop through your referral link or use your coupon code.
  3. When someone clicks through to the website, using your referral link, and completes a purchase, commission will then be added to your account. 10% commission is calculated on the product subtotal, after discounts are applied. You will not earn commission on shipping charges.

Commission Payouts

  1. When you have commission ready to be collected, log into your Affiliate Dashboard and click the 'Payments' tab at the top.
  2. If you haven't already set up your preferred payout method, click the 'Set Up' button in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Fill out your preferred payout method details (Store Gift Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer).
  4. Payouts are then completed on a monthly basis.
  5. After a payout has been completed, you'll receive an email confirming it has been processed. From the email, you can click to view your dashboard, or from your dashboard, simply click the same 'Payouts' tab within your dashboard.
  6. If you selected store credit as your preferred payout method, your Gift Voucher code will be shown under this tab. Simply copy and paste to use.

  • No, just because you sign up to be an Affiliate, it does not mean you will be gifted our Burleigh Minerals range. If you already use and love Burleigh Minerals, this is the perfect program for you. You can share your love and get a little something for us in return.

    If you don't currently use Burleigh Minerals, but want to get into content creation or using mineral makeup, feel free to make your first purchase, then get to promoting!

  • Unfortunately, you cannot use your own affiliate link to make purchases. If you do, the sale won't get credited to your account.

  • This is because commissions are calculated based on the subtotal of the products ordered, after discounts are applied, excluding shipping.

  • No, you cannot put paid spend behind content promoting your referral link. Promotion must be organic only. This includes coupon sites.

    If it is found that you have participated in paid promotion for your referral link, or it appears on a coupon site, then your commission for that month will be void.

  • You can choose from Store Credit, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer to receive your commission. Please note that you need to provide details for your preferred payment method in order for the payout to be completed.
