    This lip liner is softish for a gentle but effective lip liner colour. This liner is a nice subtle colour so I can wear it with a variety of lip tints/lip gloss or subtle lipsticks. It looks great as a subtle lip liner for work. I had no reaction from this liner which is important to me as I have chronic eczema . I definitely recommend this lip liner for colour, gentle application and lack of reaction from an eczema older girlie.
